Hypnosis

So last night ( Wednesday) there was a Hypnosis Therapy session offered for $5 at the Potsdam civic center to help with smoking and weight loss. Well some friends, family, and I decided to give it a try. It was the weirdest experience ever. It's like you are sleeping but yet you are still able to hear everything going on around you. My head fell backwards and I had the hardest time lifting it up to get more comfortable it felt like there was a huge weight on top of it. Well anyways I am still having cravings for the cigarettes but every time I light up a cigarette it taste absolutely disgusting and I put it out immediately so hopefully the urge will pass soon and last forever.
